This was the other technique for July... I'm a little slow at posting these! This technique was called bubble background! I love how this card turned out with the sailboat. The boat is a single wood stamp from the summer mini called Sail Away. I used the bubble background technique as a background piece and layered the sailboat image over it. The boat was stamped on crumb cake cardstock and the sail was colored in with a white watercolor pencil. The sentiment is from the stamp set Herb Expressions.Here's a close up-- you cant see the bubbles as well in the photo but they're really cool in person.
