Here is another fun halloween treat I created. We didn't make this one in my class since it ended up being a little more complicated but I wanted to show it on my blog. To make this, I created a box with my Simply scored tool and basic gray yardstick. Then before assembling the box on one of the narrow sides, I made a couple slits with an exacto knife close to the top to create the pull out tab. I then assembled the box and decorated it using the Monster Munchies stamp set. Then to finish the tab, I used a punched out circle that folded in half and glued into the flap to create the little chute for candy to slide out…. then I added on a cute little end using the modern label punch with pumpkin pie cardstock to create a little tab so you know where to pull it open. This would be perfect to fill with m&Ms or any other small candy pieces.
stamps: Monster Munchies
ink: basic black
paper: Howlstooth and Scarringbone designer paper, basic gray, basic black, tangerine tango, whisper white
other: Circle punches, Modern label punch, simply scored tool
