Sweet Candy Cane Card

Happy November! I'm a little behind on blogging since I've been spending lots of time getting stuff together for my Holiday craft fair this weekend-- but I've finally had a minute to take some photos so here's what I've been up to!

This candy Cane card is one that we made at my stamp-a-stack last week. The theme for this class was super simple cards- ones that could be quickly made and would be perfect to copy if you need to make a whole stack of them for holiday cards. The first one was this pretty little candy cane card. You simply cut out the candy cane from the Holiday Collection framelits set  with the Big Shotand then put some ribbon on white card stock behind it! Then I added the sentiment and some bakers twine to the bottom and a little pop of green with the stitched satin ribbon. Easy and so cute!

stamps: Greetings of the season,
ink: Early Espresso
paper:  White, Real red, Crumb Cake
Big Shot: Holiday Collection Framelits
other: stitched grosgrain ribbon in real red, Stitched Satin ribbon in Gumball green
