I used a medium sized envelope from Stampin' Up and folded it in half. (If you use the simply scored tool then you will score one line before the 3" mark.) Then you cut off the top right flap as shown here:
I sealed down the left hand flap and covered that side of the envelope with a piece of patterned paper that was 2 7/8" wide by 4 3/8" tall. Now on the Right side you have a neat little pocket to put your card in.
To make my card a little easier to pull out I attached it to a tag cut out using the Two Tags big shot die with a bow on the top! Ribbon around the whole thing makes it easy to tie shut and then decorate the front as you like! What a fun presentation for any gift card!
