Candy Corn Box...
There is not any stamping on this one but it was still fun to make and would be the perfect addition to any halloween treat bowl!
This is a variation on a triangle box. I made the triangle box out of only orange cardstock and then added on strips of yellow and white to make it look like a candy corn! This took me a few trys to get right but think it was worth it! How perfect is that for a Halloween treat? Would you fill it with Candy Corn?

Halloween Coffin...
I was searching around a bit for halloween treats and found a couple of different versions of a gravestone or coffin. I didn't quite like any of them for what I wanted so after a few trys I made my own pattern. I wanted to make one that fit a gummy skeleton inside so it really seemed like a grave. Here's what I ended up with and I love how it turned out. I used half a sheet of cardstock cut the long way and made it into a Coffin shape. Here is the side veiw.
Once I had the shape I liked, I made another front that was smaller and cut it out of patterened paper. I used Cast-A-Spell paper. I love how some of it is monochromatic black with a black pattern on it that you can just barely see. Then I embossed the skeleton image from the set From the Crypt on it with white embossing powder. The sentiment is from the hostess set Holiday Best. Here is a view of it open. Isn't that gummy guy gross?? I love it!!

Tiny Treat Tin
Here is a great way to recycle and make a cool gift. This was a little can of fruit, now it's a super fun treat. All you have to do is take off the bottom (don't open it the usual way with the tab) by using a safety can opener on the bottom. You need a safety can opener to leave the smooth edges. Then you wash it with soap and water....make sure you get all the sticky fruit juice out, and dry it. Now you're ready to decorate. Embellish with patterend paper (I used Cast-A-Spell paper) and ribbon. Add a tag if you'd like. I stamped this with the pumpkin from the Batty for You set. Then when you're finished, turn it upside down and fill with your favorite candy. Then use a thin line of Crystal Effects around the edge and place the lid back on. Let dry. After a couple hours you have a cool new treat. The recipient gets to open it by popping open the top and will be amazed at your creation!

Frankie!
I have seen these boxes a few places online and had to try one for myself. Isn't he the cutest? The Frankenstein is made from cuts from the top note die cut with my Big Shot. I think this is my favorite Big Shot die. It's so versatile and I've been finding so many cool uses for it! I also cut one from black and then cut a zig zag to do the hair. The eyes/nose are created from punches and I drew on the smile using a black Stampin' Write Marker. Then I made a little box for the center and glued him to the front. The back is just plain. Isn't he perfect for Halloween Treats?

Witches broomstick
This is one of the projects we're making in my Halloween Class next week. If you live near me and haven't signed up yet, make sure to let me know if you'd like to attend and learn how to make it, along with some other fun treats!
I loved the idea of a witches broomstick and this one is made from a paper sack. Open it up and inside there is candy, of course, but you could probably put a small gift or toy as an alternative option. The spider on the tag is from the From the Crypt stamp set.
