Birthday Card for Spring!

Need a simple, pretty spring birthday card? This one is really easy to make! I embossed the vanilla card stock with the vintage wallpaper embossing folder on the big shot and sponged some soft suede over the edges. Then I punched out a flower shape and put a piece of pattern paper behind it. Then I punched another flower and layered it on top! The pretty paper makes it so pretty with little effort. Of course you can embellish your flower centers with brads or buttons if you'd like. Then I stamped the happy birthday sentiment and made a little pennant to go on the bottom. Add some bakers twine for fun and that's it! We made a version of this card at my last stamp-a-stack!

stamps: Happiest Birthday Wishes (hostess)
ink: soft suede
paper: very vanilla, pool party, crumb cake,
other: vintage wallpaper embossing folder, lucky limeade bakers twine, 5 petal flower punch, small circle punch
