Here's a card using a neat technique where you make a glitter window. To make a card like this you need some sort of window. On this one, I used the Big Shot Movers & Shapers Dies
Holiday Windows to create the Christmas bulb window. to make it glittery, I used a piece of packing tape and attached it with the non-sticky side facing the front of the card, then dumped glitter over the sticky side. Here's a close-up:

Then I attached some patterned paper behind it. It creates a fun, sparkly effect. For this card I used
Christmas Cocoa Specialty paper. The sentiment is from the
Heard from the Heart Stamp set.
stamps: Heard from the heart
ink: Soft Suede
paper: Real Red, Soft Suede, Christmas cocoa specialty paper, whisper white
other: Movers and Shapers Holiday Windows die, Big Shot, Gold Cord, Glitter, packing tape, Scallop border punch.
