Here's another card I made at recent stamping event that I went to. This build-a-blossom set and punch are in the Occasions Mini Catalog. The stamped images coordinate perfectly with the punch so it's easy to make pretty flowers! I also love how the ribbon was done on this card!

Here is a card I made at an event I went to with some other demonstrators. I love going to these events since I always learn something new and get to make cards using supplies I might not have at home! I don't have this spinner set but it was fun to make a card with it. The set is called Take a Spin. I stamped it with Chery cobbler ink on white and added the spinner pointing at the Happy Birthday icon. Behind the spinner there is a flower cut out with the XL flower folds die. This card also uses the Elegant lines embossing folder.
Here is a quick Valentine from my Stamp-a-Stack. I started with a the top note shape, cut from whisper white using the big shot die. Then I stamped the tree -- I love the tree from this set-- by coloring it with markers. Then I stamped the Valentine definition below it. To add some dimension I punched out the heart and added it on with a dimensional. Finish it off with some pretty in pink grosgrain ribbon and that's it!

Today I'm sharing another card made with the Nature Walk stamp set. I didn't want to share this one until after my stamp-a-stack since those of you who attend that got to make it that night! I love the color combo that I used on this card. It's Marina mist, so saffron and wild wasabi with a bit of soft suede. I stamped the bird on a piece of white cardstock using marina mist ink and then stamped the floral image right over the top of him using wild wasabi ink and then stamped the sentiment on the same square using early espresso. I love how this layering looks! The sentiment "Get well soon" is from the set sincere salutations.

WOW.. I FINALLY broke out of my crumb cake, rose and chocolate chip color palette for valentines! I used the Valentine Defined set again but I thought I'd try to do something more in the sweet citrus tones. The colors I used are pear pizazz, early espresso, pumpkin pie and regal rose. The colors in this card remind me of sherbet or those conversation hearts! I really love this valentine set and now that I've used it with some different colors I think it could be really versatile for making any sort of card.
I love this pretty paper in the Occassions mini, it's called Botanical Gazette. It's filled with tons of pretty birds, butterflies and birdcages. It coordinates nicely with the Nature Walk stamp set.I couldn't decide which paper to use so I made this tile card so I could use a bunch of it! It really doesn't take much paper and you get to showcase all the cool patterns! All you do is punch out 12 squares of paper with the 1 1/4" square punch. Since these are double sided I think I only used 3 different patterns and then flipped some of them to show the backside. Then you add some pretty ribbon and a sentiment punched out with an oval and you have a quick and easy card. I used the sentiment "bliss" from the Bliss stamp set. This stamp set is one of the ones you can get for free with a $50 purchase right now. Contact me to find out more details!
